The Tuck Foundation is a recognized charity and meets the associated conditions stipulated by Article 238b of the French taxation code.
Donors to the Tuck Foundation are entitled to a tax reduction within the legal donation deductibility limits.
In order to be tax-deductible for the current year, donations must be sent by 31 December of the said year.
A receipt that complies with the model stipulated by the order of March 15, 1989 is provided for every donation.
